Our process begins with a discovery call to understand your needs. Next, we visit the property to assess the space and prepare a detailed quotation and staging proposal. Once you agree and payment is made, we transform the property, followed by regular check-ins to ensure your satisfaction.

Depending on the size of your property, it normally takes us 2-4 days to complete the stage and take complimentary professional photos. You will then typically hire the stage for 6-12 weeks, which is enough time for your marketing to go live, raise interest, host viewings and secure the offer you desire. We can extend the stage for longer if you wish.

The price is completely unique to the property and the level of staging required

• Staging for Sale - we typically land within 1-1.5% of the property price as a guide. 
• Staging for SA / longer term rentals / HMOs – this is based on the level of staging and the size of the property. Furnishings will usually be purchased as part of this project, for consistency with your marketing materials and the experience for your guests and tenants.
